We offer a 30 day period period to ensure satisfaction with your toolbox. However, due to the nature of large steel storage systems, we require the deduction of a 15% restocking fee in the event of a return.

If a toolbox was delivered by one of our employees to the customer's location, we will pick it up as part of the restocking fee. If it was picked up in-store at our warehouse or delivered by freight, it must be returned by the customer. Toolboxes must be returned in like-new condition.
